Priti is an experienced Recruiter with over 12 years’ experience in the industry, both in New Zealand and in India. Passionate about finding the right fit for her clients and candidates, Priti has established and led Executive Search teams and has been involved extensively with public sector policy recruitment in New Zealand since 2013. She is also experienced in graduate recruitment and volume hiring.
Priti has an RCSA Professional Membership.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, Bollywood Zumba and spending time with her family.

A legend in public sector policy recruitment, Leigh founded and ran a successful recruitment business which she sold in 2019. She has also been involved in creating an online community for women over 50 and running a practice as a life coach.
As an Advisory Board Member to Infini, Leigh provides foresight, oversight, and insight on the operational and the strategic direction of the organisation.
